2. Include a one-time application fee of $27. Checks are made out to "The Atlantic District," with
"MTC Application" in the note line.

(make sure you indicate whether or not you are taking the courses for Concordia College undergraduate credit on the application form, as you will be billed accordingly)

Registration Process
Registration for individual MTC/LAP courses

Register on line for MTC/LAP Courses.

You may pay LAP on line, or mail your payment to LAP at the address to the left. Include with your payment a note that includes your name, name of the class you’re registering for, first class date, and “MTC”.
Note: MTC is a partner of the Leadership Advancement Process (LAP) at Concordia, Portland. All tuition payments are made through this organization. You may also register for LAP or MTC classes through this organization. However initial application to MTC is made through the MTC Registrar, Dawn Timm. Dawn is also the contact person for all MTC classes.
